I have not been able to ID in detail this Greek AE 14-15mm weighing 3.87g . Here's what I think it is - but I am having trouble finding a coin like it in ACSearch, wildwinds and other online references...
Peltae, Phrygia AE before 130 B.C.
Obv: head of Zeus right laureate
    Rev: ΤΤΕΛΤΗ winged thunderbolt NΔP

any help and pointers to references are much appreciated.

Not TT but Π. Peltae, Phyrigia.

Edit: you already got that, sorry!

It's not illustrated in the plates, but the size and description are a match for SLG Walcher 2808 :

Thank-you, @Ed Snible, I am adding ISEGRIM to my favorites for future reference. Lots of open questions still on this coin - at least I have some reference numbers, correct legends and can be more certain of location of origin.

Also like this from the book you referenced - 1906 Catalogue of the Greek Coins in the British Museum.
