Hey gang! I'm having trouble with this one. Usually If I can see some inscription I can figure them out... I'm getting to the point where I recognize a few busts and can figure them out that way. This one however I'm having trouble with. Sorry about the pics... my camera died yesterday and I had to use my IPhone. HELP! & thanks!
CILICIA, Tarsos. Anonymous issue. 164-27 BC. Turreted and draped head of Tyche right / Sandan standing right on horned, winged animal, within a pyramidal monument surmounted by an eagle; monograms to left. Cf. SNG France 1307. The material is bronze, abbreviated as AE. Denomination unknown. The monograms aren't clear on your specimen, so a precise match to a catalog entry is impossible.
Perhaps comparing to a slightly more clear one will make the details more obvious on yours: http://www.acsearch.info/record.html?id=13006
