I think. The reverse has almost an over strike kinda look to me (more likely just corrosion) and the legend has me stumped.  The figure is forward facing and looking left (as you can see).  The closest I have found is: MARCUS AURELIUS, A.D. 161-180. Sestertius (25.50 gms), Rome Mint, A.D. 149-150.RIC-(A. Pius) 1238.
