Help finding a book....

    G'day all.....

    I have two questions, (one).. does anyone know where I can purchase "A Quick Reference to the Top Lincoln Cent Die Varieties"?
    (two)... If anyone has this book, is it worth buying?
    Please don't say ebay.... already checked. And not a Amazon either.
