He knows I run giveaways on the Contests forum here. He knew when I was laid off early in the pandemic and sent me several hundred dollars in cash, anonymously tucked into his mailings. He also seems to have taken a shine to [USER=44615]@paddyman98[/USER], the author of this thread, and I find that interesting because based on the content of past mailings, the Quarter Master seems to me to have some connection to Puerto Rico (despite the PR return address on his mailings being fake). And [USER=44615]@paddyman98[/USER] is of Puerto Rican heritage, I believe. Is that a coincidence? Maybe.
