But then I took a closer look and now I am stumped. Were the 1967 cents ever printed over another coin?? Im working on getting better pics but this is what I have for now. I know its a little a hard to see but there is a light print either over or under the cent print 20161001_171936.jpg 20161001_172241.jpg 20161001_172316.jpg 20161001_172651.jpg 20161001_172921.jpg Screenshot_2016-10-03-13-03-28.jpg Screenshot_2016-10-03-13-01-27.jpg Screenshot_2016-10-03-12-59-54.jpg Screenshot_2016-10-03-12-58-21.jpg

    Most likely struck through grease.

It looks like the missing letters were caused by a grease-filled die. It is very, very common particularly on Lincoln cents.

The odd marks on the obverse just look like circulation damage.

PS. It would be a lot easier if you posted your photos "full frame" rather than "thumbnail".

No.. No reason to do so.
Also.. Coins are struck not printed. Paper currency is printed ;)

The area around "States Of" is directly opposite the bottom of Lincolns bust and often didn't strike up well.

I have seen numerous photos of early San Francisco cents which are weak in exactly the same place. The S mint wheat cents often have a weak O in ONE CENT.
