    Can you weigh it and compare the weight to a known authentic coin.:)

    I just picked this one up. Thought I would take a quick photo and post it for a visual reference as yours appears to be a similar grade. I think the portrait on your piece is solid. However I do agree with those that said the piece appears cleaned.

    Probably cleaned, but a few years of sitting on your desk will improve the appearance.

    With no apparent toning around the devices IMO it's been cleaned, most likely by being dipped.

    VG10 to F12 details, and cleaned. Overdipped (which sadly is not unusual for these) - and some moderate rim damage. But it looks OK to me as far as authenticity goes.

    I would consider it a rather average example. It has some issues. It's neither horrible nor great. It's just ... meh.

    I think you really need better pictures to better assess the condition.

    It appears to have been scanned rather than photographed.

    Thank you for the comments, I assume the coin is authentic, despite its details. I'll ask the seller if he can improve the images.
