For instance, a grocer advertises that he buys tomatoes from local farmers at 30 cents a pound. If I take a pound of tomatoes to him, I expect to be paid 30 cents. If I take 10 pounds to him, I expect to be paid $3.00, etc. I find it disconcerting that he would change his price based upon his "mood".[/QUOTE]
