I&#039;ve been getting increasingly annoyed with NGC. You don&#039;t bring your car to the shop, ask for a tire rotation, and have them call you later to pick up the car, charge you for the tire rotation, only to then find out they didn&#039;t do anything because they decided it didn&#039;t need it. Yet somehow NGC decides it&#039;s okay to change the service that&#039;s been authorized by the customer and do something else without informing them, and they do this routinely. And then when you add instructions on submissions they almost always ignore them - I&#039;ve even seen them ignore instructions written by NGC staff on the forms.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
