Another update, and hopefully some closure. It was with much trepidation that I prepped for this. Even though it's all reversible, I was hoping I wouldn't have to. I was also hoping the skills I learned from putting together all those 1/600 and 1/700 WWII naval ships would finally come in handy (particularly from when I had to work with superglue to attach those tiny ladders and details). I prepared like I always did, with a plastic lid and pin. With a shaky hand, that was surely due to too much coffee, I set to work, piece by piece, trying to quickly attach so I could move onto the next piece and still have some "wriggle adjustments" if necessary. It turns out those hours spent on naval models weren't wasted, I was building life skills Complete (as it can be), in all it's glory: And finally, I had to make sure it had it's descriptor was completed and in theme with the rest of the coins in the collection. And look! The Byzantine sleeve is now full (I'll have to expand to another one now). But for now, all done! Thanks @Suarez for sending this to me. I really, really appreciate it. It's a wonderful coin, battle scars and all. I'll take good care of it.
That is great to hear about Rasiel getting his refund I have dealt with Nomos/ Obolos/ Sincona many times, always great friendly interactions.
