Head left/Prancing horse right... Carthage or Macedon? Other?

I just picked up two little (16mm) AE coins, both listed as Carthage MAA 15 type.

But one of them has a horse style (and even the bust's hair a little) that is slightly different than what one normally sees with this type.

Here is the traditional bust (slightly off center) and prancing horse reverse of the type:

And here is the unique one (sort of like a horse balloon animal, all round-y and such):

Last week during the auction, I was doing some research and I swear that I saw a coin with a reverse horse of this style and I believe it was for a coin from Macedon and not Carthage... but alas I cannot find it again for the life of me this week. I also was thinking maybe Apulia and kept finding a long-haired Apollo on the obverse. Hmmm... I'm stumped. Maybe it is Carthage...

Do any of you find the reverse horse style (or the whole coin in general) on the 2nd coin familiar with another location or issue other than Carthage? Or do you think this is simply a case of different (and unique) design of the MAA 15 type?

    Thanks in advance!

First of, Coingrats on the cooool new coin!
I think that is a pretty strong representation of Tanit (they used to sacrifice children to her!!!) making me think it is Carthaginian.
Here's my bargain basement BD surviving similar version:

Thanks, @Ryro! These are both an upgrade to the one I already have... I didn't think I'd get both and I went higher on the "unique" one, but ended up with both.

    Here's my humble beginning...
