To me, it&#039;s just one of the games that PCGS plays. For instance, I have a 98-O Morgan that used to be in an ANACS MS63DMPL. I cracked it out and submitted it to NGC and it came back in a bodybag (old method) for &quot;Altered Surfaces&quot;.
