I think they just shelved the 2nd ballistic bag pallet in that set of deliveries for AMP in a lot of cases, and never dug into them and likely 60% of the AMP Ws of the 2 million are sitting there waiting to get out to circulation still.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
