I have a 1943 penny, that weighs north of 3 grams, is NOT attracted to a magnet. 3 has a tail. What do you think?
Perfectly normal?I think you need to put your glasses on.Op can you take better pictures of the obverse and reverse.Im 99% sure you don't have the million dollar coin its either been doctored or just an average fake and still a cent. Also some pictures of the coin on the scale would be helpful. https://coinweek.com/us-coins/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-1943-copper-penny/
It's customary to show both sides. You want them in proper orientation, and crisp and clear, when you're making a clam like this.
You’ll have to get it authenticated. A lot of fakes have been made. The 3 looks okay, not sure otherwise.
Be sure to post the results when you know. How did you acquire it? That can tell us a lot. BTW, Welcome to CT Michael.
There are lots and lots of Chinese counterfeits struck in copper out there. You can buy them on aliexpress for $1.50-$2.00 each. Can't tell from your pics but they can easily be recognized from a clear, cropped photo. You're going to be paying a fortune for authentication because of the declared value, so you want to be darn sure you have the snowballs chance in Hades that You the beat the lotto type odds and found one
Full size, in focus and cropped images would go a long way to enable members to give an informed opinion
