Has ICG's reputation improved ??

I search for ICG coins specifically a lot hoping to find a hidden gem cause they go for so much less. I've only pulled the trigger on one so far, it was a ms65 Morgan with nice images and I got it for less than ms64 book and when I got it I think it has a legit chance at 66. It's on the way to NGC as we speak.

No chance that same coin in an NCG or PCGS holder would go anywhere near the price I paid, in fact it probably would have been double.
