Has anyone used a conservation service besides NCS?

I have posted this question many times and I will post it again. If one cannot tell the difference between AT and NT, then how can it possibly matter ?

It does not matter. If it looks natural it is natural and market acceptable. The fact that AT coins are considered NT and NT coins are considered AT boils down to a correct or incorrect opinion.
Bottom line, even the opinion of the "doctors" who AT coins is not right all the time and they are very familiar with what an AT coin looks like.
