Has anyone seen these 2006/2006A star runs?

It seems like every series recently has had a few runs of star notes that show up in the BEP production reports but never appear in circulation. But for some reason, Series 2006 and 2006A have a *lot* of star runs that I've never seen. I doubt that all of them are truly AWOL; I suspect some of them are out there but I've missed seeing them.
