All notes I have seen in these paper weights are from the 1969 to 1969C series.</p><p><br /></p><p>What concerns me about these are that the serial number of the first note does not make sense for a fresh strap. </p><p><br /></p><p>Also the strap paper itself does not look like the one that comes from the BEP. Some have advertising on it.</p><p><br /></p><p>These have sold for less than the supposed face value.
