That is an active auction. I want to see the one you completed to win this alleged coin.

    #2
That auction clearly states (in terrible English) that the coin is a replica.

The picture clearly shows a coin stamped 'COPY'.

I want to see a picture of the coin he sent you that is not stamped copy.

I hope this clarifies what I meant in my previous post.

hey dude if you don't believe me just email the guy and ask him if you can send any of his coins without "copy" and he will reply yes unless ebay has already gave him a warning since I forwarded them his email to me! there are some others on ebay selling copy coins in the states that I asked and they will not send without "copy" on coin, they know better and since they are in in the states they know the serect service can get them, happynewyear88 is in china and untouchable.

If you bought something from him, knowingly buying something in contravention of a law you are claiming he is violating - in reality the only one that would ever see the USA lawman is you!:p You are the one feeding the counterfeiters, what besides your trembling paw on the mouse persuaded you to hit "Bid" in the first place?

One wonders that your real issue with the seller is perhaps some misguided sense of jealousy. You are not the forger, you are merely his pawn to outlet the coins into the USA market. He found a need and provided you with the goods, you bit for it, hook line and sinker.

Indeed as such, the issue is with your fine upstanding personage. Not the forger in China who really is not bound by any USA laws anymore than your carcass is bound by any such laws existing in China. If he forged Chinese coins, and yes a few have done so, he would be liable for the death penalty. China cares no more about forged USA coins than the US cares about forged Chinese coins.

Really the only violation from the US Secret Service perspective here is that you knowingly and willingly traded in counterfeit goods with a known and identified forger. Unfortunately in all probability they have more important matters at hand than chasing after fine upstanding examples of human such as yourself that only help the forgers by purchasing, receiving and thence in all probability at some point - redistributing said incarnations of numismatic facetiousness unto unsuspecting and unknowing collectors.
