Half dollar..Is this a double die on the 7 & 6

    No it isn't.

    The only doubled dies for that year listed in the Cherry Picker's Guide is for the 1976-S silver circulation strike coin. Also the 1976-S clad proof half dollar is listed. If you are coin roll hunting a good doubled die to look for is the 1995 and 1995-D Lincoln small cent. Those two coins will bring some money.

    And if you are searching halves, look for the 1974-D DDO. Much easier to find (IMO) than any other doubled die, regardless of the denomination.

    I have always found the 71'D DDO to be the easiest. I think I have 10 or more of them.

    Cool @Pickin and Grinin ! I need to start watching for the 1971-D DDO. I have found ~120 of the 1974-D DDO out of 295K searched.

    Of the 17 DDO's for the year.
    The easiest pick up is the I and N of IGWT.
    Some of them the doubling is very faint because of die state.
