Pics like Ruben's, taken where you don't have the option of playing with the light and angles to get a pic that looks as the coin looks in hand, can often make the coin look worse than it really is. But sometimes, pics like Ruben's do a better job of showing the coin as it does look in hand for exactly the same reasons - you can't play with the light and angles.</p><p><br /></p><p>I'm betting that if you looked at that coin in hand that it would actually look somewhere in between the two pics. From most angles when you look at the coin it would appear fairly dark all over. But when you tilt it just so in the light, it would look like the seller's pics.
