The token is Low #49, quoted at $50 in the undated (1960s) Hewitt Catalog, Rarity 2. The publisher, Hewitt, states that "...number 49 is so frequently included in half cent collections that popularity indicates a much higher price than other Rarity 2 tokens..." Other Rarity 2 tokens run from $7 to $12, approximately.
Looks like PSD squeezed between two other blanks. Possible two other coins, but I don't see any image transfer from other coins. Where the arcs pass over the rims on the obv it s clear that the token was struck before the arcs occurred.
