Due Legislation!!

It's imperative that this legislation is passed, immediately after enactment of a federal law automatically imprisoning any American resident culpable/party to the sales/delivery of firearms which eventually cross our Southerly border.

I know that to reasonable collectors, a delivery of monetary products deemed "illegal" should have at least similar penalties as that enforced for any delivery participation of "knock-off" (counterfeit) Kalashnikov (AK-47 type) assault rifles (and other munitions) across our borders to countries where these products are illegal. We must seriously prosecute and adjudicate penalties respective to the damages incurred by Sovereign Nations having illegal legislation for specific commerce.

I'm certain that our congressional representatives would enact felonious legislation if they knew that harmful products from this country were being delivered to a neighbor that outlaws these products.

We should all write Attorney General Eric Holder and our congressional representatives, requesting sponsoring and enactment of serious legislation appropriately disciplining any party knowledgeable to the delivery of illegal products. If illegal monetary items are delivered across borders, and buyers are harmed, they should be reimbursed by the delivering parties. If illegal munitions are delivered across borders, and there's harm, like retribution should be received by the knowledgeable or delivering parties. An Eye For An Eye.
