It is now March 31st.&nbsp; 20 days after all said items were won and paid for, yet the remaining two items have not arrived.</p><p><br /></p><p>I have never had to deal with this before.&nbsp; I read eBay&#039;s issue resolution guidance long ago.&nbsp; I have conducted over 200 buys via eBay successfully.&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>Based on folks&#039; past experience, guidance is solicited:</p><p><br /></p><ul> <li>Am I &#039;jumping the gun?&#039;.&nbsp; Is this delay within reason?</li> <li>Is it too soon to initiate communications with seller about refunds?</li> <li>If I pursue refund process, please confirm that I must execute communications to Seller, eBay, and PayPal pursuant to it within 30 days of win/pay?</li> <li>If buyer balks at refund process, who do I first contact to initiate refund - eBay or PayPal?</li> </ul><p>Guidance on this is greatly appreciated!</p><p><br /></p><p>CheetahCats[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
