    Ok .. Finally remembered why I quit looking for VAMs ... this must be a VAM 15A .. Die Break from Rim @ ~7 o'clock to Base of Bust to the Upper Serif on the 1 on 1891 :)

    Yes, it's the 15a. The 15b has a CUD at the rim on the reverse from around 9:00 o'clock to 10:00 o'clock. The 15a has a die break above the ED of UNITED. It marks where the upper most part of the CUD would be on the 15b.
