Under different lighting, the breaks in the frost could be almost unnoticeable, I think. It could actually be quite sparkling. That, plus the apparent utter lack of marks could certainly warrant MS66, mybe MS67, depending on who originally sent it to be slabbed. Or maybe not. CDB
Well, I don't have it in hand yet, so I don't want to jinx myself, but I paid $109 with shipping. No matter what, I have really been into frosty Morgans as of late and I think I did well (no matter what it grades). Thanks all for some great guesses. Maybe I'll repost in a month or two if I try the PCGS regrade...just to see. I'll let you all know if there were any changes.
