Full strike, nice luster, a few spots, including a largish one on Washington's lower nose (?), no bad contact marks on the cheek or eagle's breast, eye appeal a bit wonky. 64 due to the spots, otherwise 65. I'll go as far as saying 64RB due to the large amount of exposed copper on the faces of the coin.

I thought 64 as well but couldn't tell how many strikes. My question is how does something like this make it out of the mint and where can you find these without buying them from eBay or a dealer. I'm positive that would not come in a roll and how do you gain access to bags to search except those $25 quarter bags the mint sells collectors.
