Guess the grade - 3 cent nickel

Hello, I'm new to CT. I've been looking around the site for a while, but this is my first post. I was wondering what do you think the grade is for this 1880 3 cent nickel. I think it is under graded, I want to see what you guys think the grade is. Thanks.

Sorry, but you pictures are awfully small to try to grade a proof and it is not my area.

    However, welcome to CT.

Any guess thrown out by anybody with those photos is a complete shot in the dark.

Welcome to CT! That's a nice coin, but proofs aren't in my ballpark as far as grading goes. I'm just taking a shot in the dark at Proof-63 or 64.

Sorry about the dark photos. I took some more pictures and they seem better.

NGC PR63 CAMEO looks like a fingerprint from first pics of obverse.

It is NGC PR64. I paid $400 for it. How did I do? Do you think it is worth it to resubmit it to NGC to try to get a higher grade?

I think 64 is as high as it can go. I also think NGC also overgrades Proof Type coins like 3 cent pieces. I will post a pic of my 3 cent piece that is in a NGC holder so you can compare them.
