    Look at the black spots on the coin a form of oxidation and blemishes that should bring the grade down to at least a 65

    The two spots on the side might be there and if there are very small . but the others I couldn't see in hand , the others are probably from shadows , you'd have to ask Freaky Garret as he has the coin in hand .
