    Man, I thought EF-40 on the first and MS-61/2 on the second before I saw the slabs. Another argument for "buy the coin, not the slab"

    I wonder if the quality of the strike might have helped prompt the MS64 - it surely worked the other way with the MS64 '02-O I was lamenting about a while back.

    I believe that is exactly why it got that grade. I also agree that the other coin was over-graded.
