The obverse toning is smooth enough, but I think what tipped the scale for the PCGS graders was the splotchy pink toning that often screams &quot;AT&quot;. All in all, I think I have to agree with PCGS about its verdict, due to the abnormal toning pattern on the coin&#039;s reverse.
