Guess the Grade Morgan

This is the muddy water of grading Morgans... or, taking a whiff, maybe it's a sewer.
The OP's coin appears to be a very attractive 63-64 with a star granted for exceptional obverse toning. For me the toning (or PL for that matter) shouldn't affect the numerical grade, this having a closer relationship to strike, luster and surfaces. The numerical 65 looks more appropriate for ddddd's coin, based on these criteria.
The problem with the NGC star is that it needs a qualifier after it (is it for PL, DPL or toning?), not to mention it resembles the simple +. In my opinion, this coin has received 2 bumps for its color; one lifting its MS score at least 1 point beyond its appearance, the star added for exceptional eye appeal or something.
The problem with PCGS is that they have NO star and incorporate toning into a jump in numerical grade, despite other characteristics the coin may exhibit. I have some ICG slabs from before I knew any better, and it appears they graded ONLY the toning, which is very questionable in my examples.
All this can only give a hazy, unstable idea of "desirability", something that is hugely subjective. All this means I have come not to trust the slabs, and have to exercise my eyes and tiny little brain. Sigh.
