Pretty rainbow toning from 2 o&#039;clock to 5 o&#039;clock. Light toning on the back. Full Torch(duh, it&#039;s a proof). The LCS is going to submit it to NGC for me the next time they get a batch ready for submission. Again, I&#039;m not much of a Roosevelt guy, but I&#039;m thinking something like PF66?
