Yeah, that's right. Unless the bell lines are worn. But not all these were struck with FBLs, so you can't hold that against it, you can't grade it down for that...
Well once again ya'll nailed it! It is graded MS65!!! The hits on the bell show more than the ones on the face--they are kindof "light". What also got me was how clean and good looking the fields are! Alot of the ones I pass on have marks all over the fields---this one didn't and besides all of that I like it Thanks all! Speedy
Dang it Bone That's twice in one day !! You gotta be more careful than that pal, my condition is still somewhat delicate
Very nice franklin Speedy. :thumb: I think it was pretty farely graded, beautiful luster on her (or he ). :thumb: Phoenix
Nice coin! But a MS65 - I thought your collection was going to be a MS64 FBL? Or did I get that wrong. Still that is a really nice coin - especially with the few 64's I have seen on Ebay. Granted I only glance now and then at franklins, but some of them 64 FBL's look ugly to me.
As it is right now I'm just going to do a MS set with most of the coins MS64 or better. After sending off an 1962-D and getting it back MS65FBL I decided I couldn't keep the limit at MS64FBL Speedy
66 I am going to have to go with MS 66. The field are so incredibly clean. Very nice coin, now if only the few hits on the face and bell could dissappear!!:thumb: (Opps, I forgot to read page two first).
