    I bought this coin from an announced coin doctor so I am not sure just what I am really seeing. I don't think the coin has been circulated, but who knows. It is just about mark free, but not spot free. I really do not think this coin rates a 64. Personally. I would give it a 63

    It's one of those coins that's really in between 63 and 64, I'm shocked they didn't go with the conservative 63.
