Guess the grade #60

A very nice coin IMO but i will say it gets a 65 due to the deep ding in the hairline.

I see what you are referring to, but when I look at them closely (in the picture), I see that it is just an illusion of the picture. They really are straight and mostly radial. Even if you cannot make out what I am referring to, I have the coins in hand and they really are radial.

Well, at least the nicks are not in the most significant area. I could go either way with this one - 66+ or 67-. Still, nearly half of you called it a 67.

FWIW, and despite Thad's complaints, your scores demonstrate that either you are getting better at interpreting my pictures, at grading from them, or both. Regardless, it appears that I have saturated the market for the moment, so I will cut back a bit on the frequency.

Of these last 4, there was the 3 lowest responses yet. I will just keep slowing down until the response rate goes back up. I suspect some of it is due to school opening back up, but still....

 

Now I'm occasionally going over the high grade coins. My 2+ is at least keeping me in the ballpark.
