    I can't believe, I think I have a 90% failure rate with NGC between 66 and 67.

    I don't see the slight color imperfections , I would have thought the marks one the top of the reverse would have held it down . Dick is that a planchet flaw between the E & T on the right side of the reverse .

    Nope. As for the color, look above the ONE and below AMERICA and in front of the chin. Not much all by themselves.
