    This has fantastic luster and a near perfect strike. I doubt it makes a difference on a business strike, but it seems to have a bit of a cameo appearance. However, the color appears "dirty" and there are a couple nicks (on and in front of the nose, above the date and after CENT). Sorry my pictures did not show them well. I really don't know what I would give this coin. My first take was a 66, but it does have some problems. I guess PCGS weighed the problems more than I because they only gave it a 65.

    It's a very nice 65 and would not argue 66 at all.
