    This one almost looks proof. Believe me. There is nothing wrong with the luster.

    That's just it. Those recently polished dies with their slightly prooflike look also slightly mutes the luster. Said a bit differently, the luster is more flashy and less velvety -- if that makes sense. PCGS doesn't like that in Lincolns...or as best as I can tell. But really, what do I know anyway? I'm making educated guessing about PCGS and looking at photos. lol

    p.s. looking at the photo again, the obverse is a bit chattery -- as struck or otherwise.

    They gotta keep those 67 pops down...bah. For sure NGC 67 IMO.
