    I started to call this one a 65. Went with 66.

    I swear that obverse would make a solid 67. Strike and luster are all there. There are only a couple tiny marks not visible to the naked eye. The reverse has the strike and luster, but also a couple small ticks and a couple spots. I wish I knew what it was like when they graded it. Without that spot, it would easily make a 66 and possibly a 67. However, NGC only gave it a 65.


    BTW Everyone please take note! Doug finally over-graded one.
