I think I have figured it out . Take the grade on the slab and subtract 5 – 6 grades to come up with the grade GDJMSP will assign.
Read GD's post their standards are faulty if they can grade coins with wear as 67 then yes GD can and does grade better. My comment wasnt to you, it was to green that I have spent a ton of money and have always looked to GD for advice and he has never been wrong even once on any US coin. so as far as i am concerned unless you can get the almighty himself to come down and say it differently my opinion stands as it is based on solid experience that has stood the test of time and scrutiny. As GD said the TPG's are a business and in my case they are more often wrong then right. thats just my opinion based on my experiences and and I am not in any way commenting on your particular coin. If you are happy with your coin then how does it matter whether someone says its a 45 or a 65 no matter who the person is since the coin is already certified as a 64 Best
