    Dead solid strike and about as mark free as they come. I would go 67 (or 68?) if it had really great luster. This one is not hurting for luster, but it is not 67/68 luster. NGC gave it a 66 as do I.

    5, 6, & 7 played musical chairs, but that was about the only changes this round

    Bah, PCGS 66 but NGC usually would bump a coin like this one. I'll say it again, the difference between 66-67-68 is mostly a guessing game from pictures.
