    Every time I think I am seeing a difference, I get an odd ball that blows my thinking. I have seen it before and I am beginning to believe that PCGS is stricter, but more erratic. Does that make sense?

    Yes it makes sense and I agree. To me, PCGS has always been tough on copper.

    I guess as much sense as the tpgs grading . LOL So you do think they're a little harder most of the times .

    Most of the time and maybe on average, but not dramatically so.
