That one is graded 68.  That eagle has feathers on his breast (not too prominent), but Lehigh's coin has a better strike for Washington.  Which coin was better struck?  I will let you decide but I will take Lehigh's coin (mostly because the obverse is better and that is the more important side).  As for marks, again I will take Lehigh's.  Look at the eagles right leg and right wing at Heritage.  That is more ticks there and more significant than I can find on Lehigh's coin.  As for luster, Lehigh's wins hands down, but there are two different photographers so I am not sure that is a fair comparison.  As for eye appeal, again I like Lehigh's photography, but my GUESS is that I would take Heritage's coin. Now, I just compared Lehigh's coin to a 68.  I am not too sure who wins, but Lehigh's coin held its own.  I did the same comparison with 67's.  The 67's were better struck (than both of these), but did not come close the Lehigh's for marks.
