I personally&nbsp; don&#039;t think this coin was dipped.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I think the grading company looked at this coin and said nice strike, NICE luster , there is full bands that&#039;s why it got that grade, and mecury dimes are become more scarce in general to find in higher grades .
