The photos are pretty accurate...on the reverse there are a few lines that might be from a light cleaning or die polish lines (they can only be seen at a certain angle). PCGS may have net graded this coin, but I'm not sure how common that was in the rattler era. I would have thought that they would either use the technical grade of the time or just return it in a "bodybag" if determined to be a problem coin.
I would love to see this coin in-hand. Since it isnt valuable, you should create a sign up sheet and let CT members evaluate it Then send to the next person on the list. Obviously each member should pay postage.
