    When tone collectors decide not to pay the big premiums. I have nothing against toned coins I'm just not willing to pay the 3X-10X premium.

    I'd pick that up in a hurry for that price if I saw it at my local coin dealer. Don't think I'd try for a regrade or star designation though, looks right to me.
