    It is kind of hard to tell from you pictures, but is there any possibility you might wind up in the middle with a 65 PL? Even that would pay for the submission.

    The coin really is just semi PL... I don't think there is enough there for the designation... but it does make the frosted face look nice.. especially since it's so clean.
