    went with the 64. I like the toning but it defiently makes it harder to grade.

    This is one heck of a strike - and it is from a branch mint. It is nearly mark free and, IMHO, very pretty. The only reason I see to keep it from a 65 would be that spot and it is a lot less obvious in hand. Personally. I would probably take this coin over most 65's, but it is definitely a nice 64
