I am not too sure that has been whizzed. It looks to me like a lousy photo (color balance at least) on a light wood grained coin. It has a lot of nicks, so it is not worth his asking price, though.
Indeed, I rarely see an MS one for sale.....I should say...VERY rarely. At the shows/shops I visit anyway.
Finding a nice MS 26-S drove me crazy and that was 20 years back. The 17-S was just as tough. These two were the last I needed to finish the set.
